Christmas Card 2007

Much fun was had in the making of this years company Christmas card.
Our studio is in a building called the Old Stables, so we held our
own little nativity! I was given the appropriate role of the star!
Unfortunately this meant I had to be covered in gold face paint
(a git to get off).

Roses Awards 07

It was a good night at the Roses awards this year where Thompson
scooped 3 awards in total. A silver for the Robert Horne branding
and associated material, Design
Chairmans Gold Award for the LCM Higher Education Prospectus and
to top the night off good friend and colleague, Rob Brearley scooped
designer of the year. I was also nominated for Emerging Designer
of the Year.

for the somewhat dry subject of academia can be a difficult and
thankless task. Pandering to the notion of youthful, student taste
can so easily become patronising, but the alternative can tend towards
visual tedium. This rather nifty, pocket size volume manages to
establish the right level of gravitas for the subject, yet with
a vitality and spirit that is sure to endear itself to its audience.”
